Use of pre-applied Loctite Dri-Seal® coatings allows:

• Introduction of Threadlocking, without change of technology of assembly.
• Reduction of operations rate required for thread sealing,
• Assembly time reduction as well as buffer stocks, due to instant sealing. The thread is immediately capable of withstanding stress,
• Automation of application process, and elimination of risk of omitting sealant during the assembly,
• Reduction of storage area, thanks to reduced amount of components and long storage life,
• Improvement of the visual features of joints.

Dri-Seal® 516/517

Dri-Seal® 516/517 pre-applied thread sealant is a general purpose, with high chemical resistance. Used on most surfaces. Once assembled has good vibration resistance. Has an ability of lightly blocking the joint. Color: brown-red.

Dri-Seal® 506

Dri-Seal® 506 pre-applied thread sealant is a general purpose, with recommendation for cylindrical threads, small metric and fine threads. Used on most surfaces. Color - light blue.

Dri-Seal® 5061

Dri-Seal® 5061 is approved for Potable Water and Gas. This product has potable water approval (PZH); gas-fittings approval group 1, 2 and 3 (IGNiG) (Poland). Used on most surfaces. May be used in hot and cold water pipe couplings and fittings. Color - blue.
